When do I receive my free hours?

Free bay hours are made available immediately after signing up for a Lugnutz Membership.

What is the refund policy on memberships?

Memberships are 100% refundable up to 30 days after purchase if no free hours have been used, no discounts have been claimed for bay hours and no parts have been ordered.

How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships run one year the date of signup. If you do not wish to renew, please contact us at least 30 days before your renewal date. Memberships will automatically renew until cancelled.

Can I have parts shipped to my home?

All parts (including tires and wheels) will be shipped to Lugnutz. Parts will be held until you a) schedule a time to install the parts or b) pick up the parts at Lugnutz.

Can I send a friend or family member to pick up parts?

No. Members must pick up the parts in person at Lugnutz, and will be asked to present government-issued ID to verify their identity before parts will be released.

How do I place an order for parts?

After signing up for a Membership your login will give you ordering privileges.
Create a new order
and let us know what parts you want to buy and for which vehicle – with part numbers from the manufacturer, if
possible – and we’ll get pricing from our supplier(s) and send you a quote. You will see in your account all
orders and their status, and throughout the ordering process you can message directly with Lugnutz personnel through your account.

How long will it take to get parts delivered?

Many parts can be delivered within a day or two from our suppliers, and in some cases with parts that are in stock, delivery can be as quick as a few hours. Specialty or custom-ordered parts will take longer to get to Lugnutz, but we'll keep you informed on the status of your order via text in your member account.

What about shipping costs?

Many of our suppliers have local and regional warehouses, and parts shipped from those locations won’t have
any associated delivery charges. If parts are coming from more distant locations and delivery fees will be
added, we’ll let you know what the additional charges would be before you place your order.

Is there a limit on how many parts I can purchase as a Lugnutz Member?

There are no limits on purchase volume.

Can I buy parts or tires without a Membership?

No. Purchase privileges are only available to Lugnutz Members.

What is the return policy on parts?

Different suppliers have different return policies. We encourage members to make sure the part they are ordering is the correct one for their vehicle. If the part shipped is incorrect, we'll work with the supplier to get the right one as quickly as possible with the least hassle.
